Is there a Twitter app that extracts urls from Tweets that contain a certain hash tag?

A nice idea. My only concern would be the use of hash tagged trending topics to spread spammy links. Maybe including an option to expand the links to help users weed out the irrelevant links.

The other downside I can see is that the content of the message gives context to the link, so providing links alone would lose this; but I’m sure there are ways of getting around this with an intelligent design.

Are there Twitter apps that can disambiguate questions from statements, cluster tweets by topics, and show personalized trending topics?

Some of this can be done with Twitter search (that’s how TwitEye works – you can customise your search to look for questions) – although more complex clustering and the personalised trending topics might need a bit of thought…

Is there any app that sorts your followers by time/date of last tweet? Would be a good way to weed out those that don’t participate

There seem to be quite a lot of people looking for a way to manage their followers / friends on Twitter. These two requests show one way of doing it – by culling those that aren’t participating.

I quite like this. I’m not sure where the data would come from, but I’m sure there’d be some available from different sources.

Is there a Gmaps mash-up/app for public transportation that regards your distance to the station & the possibility of getting there in time?

Again, a really good idea – both the location data & the service information for this one would be a bit more readily available.
