Sort Twitter Followers by Location

Is there a site or app that lets you sort your followers/following by geo-location?

I have a feeling I’ve seen something similar to this somewhere…although it may not have been applied to those who you follow, or you follow you.

Mashing up Twitter accounts with Google Maps could give nice clusters showing the location of related groups.
